Heather riding tricycle at Waterloo Co-Op

Heather, about age 2, rides her tricycle in the common area in the midst of the Waterloo Co-Op Married Students Apartments. We lived in B3-16 on the top floor looking over this garden area, but you can see the door sign for B1 in the background.
